Terms of use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the ARqueo application, the user automatically accepts these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to them, you should not use the application.

2. Use of Augmented Reality (AR) and Safety

ARqueo uses Augmented Reality technology to overlay virtual elements onto the real world. By using this mode, THE USER ACCEPTS AND UNDERSTANDS THAT THEY MUST PAY ATTENTION TO THEIR PHYSICAL SURROUNDINGS AT ALL TIMES.

Apercloud is not responsible for any accidents, trips, personal injuries, damage to third-party property, or violations of traffic and pedestrian regulations that the user may suffer or cause due to distractions resulting from the use of the device screen. Do not use the application while driving or walking in dangerous areas.

3. In-App Purchases

ARqueo allows the purchase of 3D models and specific sites for viewing. These transactions are processed securely through the [Google Play Store / Apple App Store] platforms. Payment, refund, and billing management are governed by the policies of these platforms. Once a digital payment model has been downloaded, refunds will not be accepted except in cases of technical errors within the application itself that prevent its display.

4. Device Permissions

For proper operation, the app requires access to the camera (for AR mode), storage (to save offline models), and GPS location (to calculate the distance to the ruins). Any app malfunction resulting from the denial of these permissions is the user’s responsibility.
